Birmingham

The next day we visited Birmingham.

Birmingham is a city in the West Midlands of England. It is the most populous British city outside London.

The first thing we visited in Birmingham was Chamberlain Square; it is a public square in central Birmingham. There, it is the Chamberlain Memorial and the statues of Joseph Priestley, James Watt and Thomas Attwood.

Then, we went to St Philip’s Cathedral, but we only saw the outside because we didn't have enough time.

Finally, we went to the Bull Ring, which is the major commercial area of Birmingham. We had lunch there, in a café, and then we could go to the shops and see everything that was inside the Bull Ring.
